Very bad and old hotel even room is spacious. Air condition very bad, bed is very old. Furniture is old ... Bad service. Will never go back to this hotel. The worst Okura.
We booked two rooms but given on a different floor when we checked in the afternoon. The breakfast is too simple for the price paid. Other than that, the rest is generally okay. The front door staff is very helpful.
We arrived in the morning and leave the luggages with them, when we come back at night, the luggages already in the room. Plus, they even serve the welcome drink when we arrive. Supreme service !!
