Very nice hotel especially pool facilities that seldom found from hotels in Japan, we enjoyed very much we will choose this hotel again in future it's very suitable for family
Using GPS to find the hotel, a bit hard to find. So it was better to pick up portable wifi at the airport, so we can use gps, especially we used the wrong exit from Tokyo Station. Can't help, tokyo station is huge with many exits. Got confused inside.
the credit card was not usable, and I was said to be cash only, and the hotel was inconvenient.
In addition, the Wi-Fi was not free, 5 euros in three days.
