location, cleanliness, freindly staff

Disappointing stay as a regular but not treated like a regular.

The hotel location is strategic, close metro rail and shoping centre.Many restaurant around the hotel. We were given an upgrade to a room with a classic interior rooms.

Very close to JR station and lots of restaurants around. Staff is friendly and can speak English and Mandarin. Room is clean and small as usual.

All feathers were good with an exception and that was the lack of free wireless internet

If this hotel upgraded it could be making a lot of money and the rating would at least be an 8 great location but it's terrible inside plus having to pay 5 pound for 1 day of wifi these days is just ridiculous!

Many restaurants near hotel. shopping mall, bus station and china town. Yummy food at 3/F bar restaurant.

No bus after around 6 pm or before 8am , you must use taxi after 6pm , which is very expensive, around 5 minutes drive cost you 1500 yen. But nice Fuji mountain view and kawaguchiko lake. Not much restaurants around, if you driving own car maybe it is goo
