Staff were very helpful, except when fire alarm went off and we were left to our own devises, and we were in the dark part of the way.

For some reason, I was upgraded to an apartment instead of a normal room. It was huge! The bed was super comfortable, very nice kitchen and bathroom, heated floors in the bathroom. Good location, close to the airport, not far from downtown Queenstown. Bea
