Friendly staff & very clean

Mercure Ginza is a bit old hotel, but it doesnt matter because it got everything we need. The room was clean, although not too big. The hotel provides everything we need. Mini market just across the street and mcdonalds just 1 minute walking distance.

Spent two nights here. Very clean, lovely breakfast. Lovely shower. All in all could not fault it.

Even though the hotel was good I faced an unfortunate situation where when I've checked out I realized my passport was misplaced. I informed the staff and they have tried seeking for it, couldn't find though I'm sure that my passport have misp
