Very nice hotel with the charm and amenities you should expect from a top shelf establishment. The room and facilities were very nice, as was the breakfast service.

Nice room and good location. I didnt expect to have to pay for the Onsen but they did tell me that it was Y1000 when I checked in and I was surprised to have to pay another Y200 for towels, they didnt tell me at check in to take my own towels. The buffet

Staff could communicate with English. Could direct send luggage in/out to another side of Alpine route. Strange room design while the sink just next to the desk inside the room. Need to use tap carefully. Onsen is nice.
