Very good location, and friendly staff who greets you every day. The room was large, and good washer to clean clothes for long stay. Very near to the new train station (5 minutes walk). Most importantly, a 7 eleven type of store is just right outside the

if you have 1 day biz trip to Seoul, here is fine. but not so much good for several days

Is better that I expected, will choose to stay at the same hotel if I am back to Korea again
