Bus 6001 from Incheon Airport brings you directly to the hotel. The room assigned has a very strong cigarette smell (most likely the previous occupants have been smoking in the room). The smell was just too much and the ventilation is not as good since
We have two children and elders' family, and booked two rooms for this trip. A request was left, to arrange the same floor before. After check-in, the staff arrange two different floors. Its very inconveniece for me to takecare my children.
