Quite, staff, price

Although the staff was very friendly and location was great, our A/C did not work and there was mold in shower of bathroom. We also were not given coupons for breakfast nor anything for parking. Our one night stay cost us around 330 US dollars, definitely

a bit pricey for what it was. hotel's rates were cheaper than online though. it was a labyrinth to get to the room, having to go up and down stairs through narrow corridors. some staff were not very helpful, esp the malaysian receptionist.

Real value for your money, I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo! The free shuttle to Disney Resort was a welcome bonus...

Price, Location, quality

This is my second time to stay here at the night before morning flight at Narita Airport. Hotel shuttle bus from Airport is very convenient. I also enjoyed the runway-view from the room.

Beautiful, historic building, excellent concierge, great location, very nice spa.

Front desk staff were out sanding especially Virginia!! Above and beyond to make our trip delightful!
