staff were friendly and helpful, siguation of hotel is excellent and beds were comfy

The hotel is nice and the staff is very pleasant. The property is not in town but is only a few minutes away from town, decent shopping and narita airport. very good price compared to tokyo area hotels of similar ratings.

Good location about 1 klm from the centre of Wanaka. Hot Tub brilliant after skiing. Room design and cleanliness excellent. Wasn't real fussed on trying to be signed up to their frequent user program half hour after arrival.

Terrible experience, bad view not what I expect, facing a cemetery. Vary bad room service, food come in more than an hour and served cold.

Very spacious and clean room. Location is good. Most tourist spots are within walking distance.

Great place to stay and very helpful staff.

No complaints and everything you'd expect from a quality hotel. It's a 10 minute walk into the centre of town though, so it can be a bit of a mission when the wind and rain are threatening to ruin your day (as is often the case in the UK)!
