The room was very comfortable and generally the staff were lovely, particularly the bar/restaurant staff.

1. Location is great. Close to Regent Park and Great Portland tubes.

We were there 5 nights, and during most of our stay, the elevator was not working. We were staying on the 6th floor, and the hotel had only 1 small elevator. We therefore had to climb 6 storeys with our luggage. On 2 occasions, we were trapped in the elev

Nearly £5 for a pint. Pretentious menu well over priced. We ended up grabbing a takeaway. Otherwise a very nice stay.
