Room is very hot

This hotel is under renovation whilts we stayed. The sound proof of the room's wall needs to be improved as I can hear the persons in the next room talking or playing music

by walking to Versaille Palace 10 minutes

We checked in late after tour in downtown. Had to check in at another tower then back to another tower. Very inconvenience. Different towers made it confusing. Parking is a little far, not underneath the tower.

Handy for all attractions in Chester - staff very helpful and attentive

The chef,Thomas, made me a delicious vegan meal and dessert every night I was there (6). This was just wonderful and I'd certainly recommend guests stay in to eat.

I have decided that I have given the Mercure group so many chances always hoping that it will be as nice as the others I had stayed in all over the world. But after so many disappointment I think I will call it quits. The room is so small and it was so no
