No service. Very close to the main road, so a bit noisy. Far from the Kaikoura center.

Staffs were friendly, can speak English. Provides map to tell us where to go to and even drew out. Clean, and provides complimentary water which was essential

They did bed making every day. close to the station, for 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

location location location! it's super convenient for shopping, for hanging out by the river, for dinning out, all within walking distance. the rooms are a bit small, understandably. But very very helpful staff, but why having a small and delicate lo
