Laundry made available at no extra charge

Accidentally booked this one when I was trying to book the one across from Tokyo station (which is way better). Restaurant was decent, but the hotel needs to be renovated and the rooms were pretty average.

Our room was very nice, albeit on a slope. We complained on 3 occasions about the water not getting away in the shower & potentially leading to overflowing. To avoid this, you had to suspend your shower mid way to allow the water to subside & then

the rooftop onsen is one of the best I've been to for a hotel of this type. the beds were quite hard though. bathroom was not pre-fabricated, so a bit more room in there than normal, which is nice.

Near shopping area and easy to move around

Very nice hotel. Great Staff. Rooms were a little smaller than what we expected.
