Having to pay a lot extra for wifi in this day and age is not good! Very limited free allowance only in public area. Hotel layout feels random, we were on third floor but could not access it from all lifts. Hotel staff even eluded that the week we picked

The room was big,comfortable and great views onto beach and mountains

I think it is far from subway station (Higashi-Shinjuku) if you have to carry on the buggages to there I think it is quite terrible. But if you walk only it is ok // I choose non smoking room but I smelt smoke inside the room
