Can accommodate 1 adult and 2 children

Only stayed for a few hours overnight, as I had to catch an early morning flight. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke decent English. Room a decent size. Cant' comment on food as I didn't eat here. Vending machines on each floor for beer etc

the location is near shinjuku, but the hotel room is very small. breakfast is simple. Fit for nearby going around to shinjuku region at night.

The location which is a short drive to the town centre, the bathroom had a spa (big enough for 2 people) and the generous size of room.

Our stay was alright but when i came back home i found out they charged my credit card for an amount i didnt authorize and didnt even know what for. So not happy.

The best thing about the Mount hotel is the helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Also it has a great breakfast often served in the grand ballroom. It has a very convenient location,
