The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was a quick ride from the airport and had wonderful views.

Agoda need to mention 'carpark available with fee'. Otherwise customer has assume it is free of charge.

The breakfast buffet was pretty nice.

It was a pitty that staff could not communicate much in English.

Stayed at The Queens for 1 night and couldn't fault it. It is right in the centre of Leeds. The reception staff, concierge and valet staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Decor in the hotel is sumptuous, as are the rooms. Very clean and comfortable

Located around the corner from the train station. Rooms are tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. Halls are quiet and spotless. Front desk staff is extremely courteous.

Best location and comfortable room, but there is some mechanical sound.
