Hotelnya nyaman. Kamar luas tempat tidurnya nyaman. Staff sangat membantu. Letak hotel yg strategis, dekat pusat perbelanjaan dan banyak restaurant di sekitar hotel.

The hotel is old. The carpets and walls are very dirty. The breakfast was cold and there was no microwave to warm it up. I was very disappointed. The hallways smelled of mildew and mold. I won't stay again.

Central location; friendly staff with good language skills; comfortable room

We stayed there total of 3 nights, first 2 nights the room they placed us was way too hot!! And we went down stair to talk to the front desk twice, they told us that because it is central air so either they have to turn on the heater or air conditioning.

Everything was fine.Clean room and great location. Food was ok but not many choices.Some of front desk staff was quite dry.
