Initial room was very small with virtually no wardrobe space and as we had pd for executive room I returned to reception immediately. Staff on desk did confirm it was exec room however as I did not find this acceptable we were moved to a lovely room with

Came across the hotel on Agoda with a very reasonable price of 69 euros per night. Photos looked good and the location was great in the trendy 9th with hip restaurants in the neighborhood, good access to 2 metro stations and easy walking distance to centr

nothing out of ordinary, but comfortable and clean. location is about 10-15 min walk from the tokyo station, but that's the only close facility other than Toji Temple.
