The location was superb in being close to the Wharf and the airport shuttles. Walking to dining and activities was easy and transporting the luggage was phenomenal. The bathroom had cracked tiles, there was literally no room between the bed and the wall.

Overall is good but the shower head was bad. Water splash too wide. Also the the check out time 10am is too early.

Very nice room, several good restaurants, limited ski area but a good shuttle service to Alts Bandai, Gran Deco and Inawashiro.

We checked in to our room which was lovely & new. It's a shame that the hotel charges a fortune but didn't spend money on sound installation. The walls are paper thin & we could hear our neighbours every move & conversation! We stayed

One of the most amazing stays in London. The staff are fantastic very friendly and professional. The hotel is glorious rooms are spacious and so clean. All products used are white company so all top notch!! This is officially my favorite hotel in London!!
