Reception was friendly n helpful. Small room but clean n cosy. Free snacks and drinks are available in the hotel lobby in the afternoon. Good location! Love it!

The staff were very helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel. the hotel is huge and the rooms is big. it takes just a few mins walk to myeongdong street.

Windows were stuck. Bugs and moths were everywhere. It smelled like mold.

Wonderfully spacious rooms with good views. The breakfast was above expectations.

Was fine for 2 nights. Not a sensational location (a walk to the tube and any big attractions). Murphy bed and quite dated bathroom (buzzing lights). staff was nice. Not sure I would go out of my way to go back.
