good service

The staff were very friendly and I was very happy when they changed my booking for me due to an illness. The hotel was very convenient to the airport. The room was modern, clean and the beds very comfortable. I would definetly stay here again.

The staff helped me out with taxis, directions, and printing out tickets. They were so helpful in every way. Very clean hotel. Walking distance from victoria coach station, and the tube system.

Found Bristol to have a lot to see and we needed more time. The staff were extremely helpful.

Apart from pool opening times (only until 5pm), there is really nothing to lament with this old school gem of a hotel. Great value for money presumably because the place is about to be renovated soon, showing signs of its age. That really added to its cha

The twin bed room is spaceous but there is only one bedside table. It would be better if there is a sofa or armchair for relaxing /watching TV.

The room was okay but I didn't know I had to verify my card after paying and booking online. To verify the card, it will deduct 1 pound. I forgot the pin of my card so I give them a proof (all my IDs) that the card is mine but they still insist on pay
