In Japan, service levels of the international chain hotels are somehow much poorer compared to the Local hotels. Rooms were not properly cleaned and staff had poor attitude.

well located hotel and a very comfortable room, buffet breakfast was acceptable value. good shopping area in the temple behind the hotel (well worth the time) and an easy walk to the tokyo skytree
