Hussein the night porter could not do enough to help, a great employee.nice hotel although needs updating.

The location is good however there are lack of pacrking space even the hotel promise they will provide before i book the room

Good location, excellent service, comfortable bed .

5 minutes walk to tube station, bus stop in front of hotel, quiet neighborhood. Because this is not 5 star hotel, you should not expect too much. We have no reason to not come back. Bed and breakfast we paid for, and that's what we got.

Next to Lake Toya, with great onsen facilities. However, the room is a bit old and required refurbishment.
