Also staff need to advise guests not to put room keys near mobiles as it invalidates them. Rooms nice and big if a little dated.

Staffs always smile and are helpful.

I would like to recomend Churchill hotel, perfect location,clean, comfort.

Quiet location, comfortable bed

Room was cold as we were assigned to last corner room. Quite far walking distance to lobby. No elevator and have to carry luggage to the room which was quite tiring. Location is near Waitomo Caves which is perfect for short stay.

This is a great old hotel with history badly needs renovating. The breakfast was good the location fantastic with sea views and walk to town center. Sad to see the hotel in this condition.
