the staffs are very helpful , rooms are clean and additional blankets and pillows are available

It's a nice hotel to stay, even though it's not spacious. Overall, had a good experience staying in a Japanese Style hotel. Staff Mr Cheng @ Sheng was very polite n well verse in English n gave us few tips on where to go in Tokyo around Ueno area
