location as it is next to champs eleysee which is very convenient. The hotel room is very small but the bed is very comfortable.

Staff service was very reluctant to help with anything.

Location is great for access to V&A museum, Science museum, Natural HIstory Museum, Royal Albert Hall (a 10-15-minute walk), plenty of restaurants and Gloucester Road underground. Quiet hotel. Breakfast is more than adequate. Rooms are a bit small.

the rooms were very dated and stank of smoking ,carpets well worn and air con not working properly

good access to public transportation, cleaness of the bathroom, smile on the receptionists

room and facilites are old but located very conveniently

Everything champion except we found one small fault ie no bath mat when having a shower nearly went a cropper

I always stay in this hotel each time I visit paris usually they give breakfast included but this time toom become more expensive and no breakfast
