The location and sorroundings are nothing to write home about but all in all it was clean, adequate, and had the ammenities needed to spend a night. depends greatly on what you pay because of the price and for one night max.

Located conveniently to a Metro station, 24 hrs staff at the reception, English speaking staff

Another 1 night stay for me have been 3 times now to this hotel, actual event was at the hotel, the staff are great the food is good and the rooms clean comfortable with fab walk in shower. Will come again when I am next up to Birmingham.

Been staying in this hotel for at least 3 business trips, generally a good business hotel, location is perfect as it's short walking distance to shinbashi station and Shiodome station, lots of restaurants and bars in Shinbashi area, and lots of shoppi

Kinda old and need to refurbish the hotel, staff at the counter was not friendly, Wifi is not provided. Don't think will re-visit again.
