room was small dirty, no hot water, rat traps under bed, cold noisey run down

Hair not cleared from bathtub causing choke during shower.

Hotel was ok, stayed there 2 different times in a week due to its location in proximity to the Earl's Court Tube Station. First room A/C struggled to cool the room. Second room A/C worked just fine.

Great location, lots of places to eat, restaurant & supermarket are just outside the hotel and nearby to shopping centre
