Near to train stations and CNIT mall

Great location for foods. Near Galleries. Cozy Hotel.

I spent one night at the hotel. All in all an ok hotel, had to walk a little while to get there from the Niigata station but not too bad. Rooms are small, but this is common in Japan. Friendly staff. Wouldn't mind staying here again.
