Amazing views and no sulphur smells , so clean , well serviced friendly owners

Nice and big room.

Whilst we only needed a room with breakfast, I was very disappointed with the size of the room. Very cramped. Given the fact that I was charged £340 for two nights. That's why I have naked it down as disappointing for value for money.

We stayed here to visit Franz Josef Glacier. Convenient location, clean room. Beautiful surrounding.

Overall it was a great experience with wonderful service from the reception staff. However, the was very small. You could hardly move with 2 luggage.

Excellent staff, location and good food

The first apartment in NZ that we felt really disappointed right from the moment we opened the door. The musty smell from the horrible looking carpet is unbearable. There are also several carpet bubbles which made walking difficult. The kitchen and bathro
