We requested an additional pillow for each person in our party - 4 persons (2 persons in 2 twin rooms). We were told only one additional pillow per room. That is not the level of helpfulness I would expect at a Citadines hotel.

Very very good services. Good price. Very clean. Nothing bad to say promise.

The room was acceptable except for the mattress which was a bit tired. There was no rubber matting for the bathtub whIch is kind of slippery. But overall the hotel is good and even the breakfast is great.

large room, very clean, reception very welcoming

free wireless and free business lounge, reasonably easy walking access to shops/nightlife/public transport, being in Hiroshima (What a city!)
