Lovely place. Elegant clean rooms, luxurious comfortable bed, great walled garden to walk around. Came in on the later side of dinner hours and felt rushed by the young wait staff who were clearly ready to leave. At those prices, they should have taken

The hotel is located just a 2 min walk from the High Street Kensington Underground station and bus stops. Great value for the money - esp. if you get an executive room, which comes with free wifi. The room was very small, but clean.

It's cheap. The concierge was helpful.
