Beautiful old building in stunning surroundings, The restaurant and the afternoon teas were amazing. Staff were friendly although seemed a little overwhelmed at times when a lot of guests arrived at the same time.

Why can't you lower the temp to below 20 C? It was too hot in the room at night and sometimes the A/C did not work well. The buffet was good, and service was good, but why do we have to ask for ice? Why not put an ice machine on each floor? The shower
