Confort au rendez-vous pour un Mercure

Clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Very outdated room, very small, noisy floor boards from rooms above. Facilities in room were all in terrible condition and are in need of replacing. Worst Hilton I've ever stayed in, wouldn't expect this poor quality from such a big brand. Surpris

Was booked in for work on the Monday night so decided to come down early and spend the weekend which we paid for ourselves. Checked in easy as...was assured we wouldn't need to change rooms but the hotel didn't note this down and we had a confuse

I booked for 5 NON-SMOKING rooms and reiterated the same request in the comment portion. Yet they gave me 5 SMOKING rooms! Epic fail!
