Staff were very helpful and responsive, they also helped us to check available restaurants or private tour. One of the rooms we booked was King size and the bed was huge. Rooms are not that big but that is Japan

Location is great for access to V&A museum, Science museum, Natural HIstory Museum, Royal Albert Hall (a 10-15-minute walk), plenty of restaurants and Gloucester Road underground. Quiet hotel. Breakfast is more than adequate. Rooms are a bit small.

Small rooms but everything inside. Everyday we get new towel, mineral water and soap without ask. The staff put outside our room because we put not do not disturb at the door. Very nice hotel. Have a lift. So no problem bring baby stroller there.
