      cleaners were lovely friendly and reliable. location is excellent for the beach, bus, local shops. was very quiet and peaceful during our stay

      Room was cold as we were assigned to last corner room. Quite far walking distance to lobby. No elevator and have to carry luggage to the room which was quite tiring. Location is near Waitomo Caves which is perfect for short stay.
