    Staff were incredibly rude, they would carry on talking and not even saying hello when we were waiting, they were not welcoming in the slightest, the toilet in our room and the customer toilet outside didn't work, the Television was very old fashioned

    1 year old baby loved the Japanese style room as he can walk and play around. The hotel provides good services for family with baby and kids. They offered the nearest parking for us. But the location of the hotel is not very convenient and it is difficult
