      It seems to be the largest hotel in Greymouth. However, the room is quite small & looks a little bit old.

      Good location, well priced, free parking, bathrooms a little dirty. Only stayed one night, so did not have a huge impact.

      The hotel needs freshening up. It looks really tired and dated. It's difficult to make it look absolutely clean. The receptionist was nice and pleasant, so does the barman. The restaurant staff were having a busy night with a bus load of tourists din

      Room was very old fashioned (pre 60's?) really need an upgrade. But we did appreciated that it was a ground floor unit, as nes abve had no acess lift - not easy with suitcases !
