Room was cold as we were assigned to last corner room. Quite far walking distance to lobby. No elevator and have to carry luggage to the room which was quite tiring. Location is near Waitomo Caves which is perfect for short stay.

Room was quite basic but the restaurant was great. Friendly staff who held our luggage whilst we explored. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Waitomo village.

Beautiful building and great history shame that it is not being maintained - smell of damp in room.

Good value for money

This is a very cozy place and located very close to the caves. Staff were very courteous and helpful.
