I didn't expect to have a room at ground level in the car park. This is a motel not a hotel. I was not made aware during the booking process that the rate chosen was for a room in the car park and not in the man building of the hotel. Disappointed!

Wish I had checked out if there was air conditioning in this hotel. It was so hot. The bed was comfortable & the room clean. We had a fan which only pushed the hot air around.
