We stayed in a family room that was sandwiched between the lifts on one side and a service area at the back and it was very noisey. Had paid top dollar for the room due to the rugby and had 3 of the worst nights sleep. Staff efficient but not overly fri

Wi-fi connection was lousy. It was impossible to work at the hotel with the all the time disconnecting internet connection. Staff tried to help, but coudn't do much.
