Hairs in bath and towel. Breakfast had to wait 20 mins to be seated when there was plenty of tables. Staff were sluggish serving. No bitter with toast and no teaspoon with tea. Overall very disappointing. Won't stay there again and won't be recomm

Booked a nin smoking riom but finally only smoking room left.facilities are ok and clean except carpet on which there are many cugare burnt mark.
