    When I arrived, I was told that I got upgraded, which in fact is not. I originally booked a family room with proper bed but was upgraded to a pull out bed that sunk in in the middle. Other than that, hotel was adequate for the night's stay.

    We enjoyed the stay in Thistle Hyde Park. The only imperfection is the piping of the hotel seems to be rusty. Hence, there is a smell on zinc and iron from the water while shower. Overall this is a satisfying stay.

    Location is great - few minutes walk to Earl's Court tube and it is the same line going to the airport. Lots of places to eat out. Free wifi.
