After sending quite a few requests to get a room with a view, upon arrival I was informed of an upgrade. The staff were very helpful informing about what sites to look at, where to watch out for pickpockets. The location is magnificent, with a nice view f

Clean and comfortable enough but the rooms are tiny. The staff are helpful, welcoming and friendly

Not satisfied with cleanliness. The toilet has little bad smell, seems like didn't clean it up. Also the room was little dusty. Beside it, location and staff are good. But I will choose another hotel if I go Karuizawa again.
