Cleanliness, staff, subway

Stayed here for my birthday, and had a nice surprise of some birthday cake which the staff brought to my room. Didn't get time to explore the hotel but if the lobby is anything to go by it must be fabulous. Not as good as George V in Paris but definit

They have provided an airport shuttles at very cheap prices

The staff is very helpful in getting us for the parking spot. The rooms are in good sizes but it's kind of old as lack of maintainence. There was also odour smell in the room and toilet. The insect screen at the balcony was also broken. Hope the hotel

The Hotel is within the JR Toyohashi Station complex so it's great for independent rail travellers, the buffet breakfast menu was varied and delicious, and our room was very comfortable and clean.

We use 1 room for 3 people, but the facilities we should be get for 3 people just prepare for 2 people. the rest you must ask to the staff.
