      The customer service is good. The room is a bit old but clean. The only little disadvantage is the location not so near the train station. The Umeda station is very big so it takes longer time for us to walk between the hotel and the train station.

      Beautiful place. Our second time at this hotel. It is very comfortable. I have been to many hotels. I would say this was by far the second best hotel I have been too. Bear in mind the first choice hotel is the 5 stars. Good staff and very nice breakfast.
