i liked hotel ,.the staff did their best but their was not enough staff to cope when a bus load of french tourists came in and there was 1 person left serving at bar,,the management must be aware of this as it happens often.the solution is if you want a

Good place to stay, I booked a room for the night for myself and my boyfriend to go out in Manchester. Easy walk to main bars and places to visit. Brillant customer service. Room was excellent, even got a upgrade upon arrival for free!
