Rambling building, wifi poor, dogs in the building and in guests rooms, saw 2 large dogs come out of a room with guests Told to eat in the dining room not bar as this was where they were serving, check the prices as douldle in the dining room even though

My wife and I stayed there 22nd of Dec which happened to be our wedding anniversary. The customer service we received was superb, we were upgraded to an executive room and given free breakfast. The reception staff helped us to book into one of Belfast'

Nice hotel but checking took more than one hour, attitude of the staffs were not welcoming

Big (by Paris standards) room and bathroom. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful .

Very close with MRT, and there is a lift so easier if you carry heavy luggage. It is located inside small plaza, so you can find food easily. Staff is kind and friendly as expected.
