Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms

The room was comfortable and kitchenette was well equipped. However the taps in the kitchen area, wash basin and bathroom shower had no hot/cold mixer, only separate hot and cold taps dispensing hot and cold water from different taps. Hence you can't

The second day we did not receive fresh towels.

Very pleasant and the location is excellent.

It's a nice and cheap little hotel. Three of us arrived very late in the evening to check in for a one-night stay and the staff was really nice and helpful! Oh btw, it's only 3 min walk from the famous Norman Shaw built pub - Tabard!

Helpful staff, quick access to bus and monorail, close proximity to disney parks

I think overall this hotel is good. I certainly wouldn't rate it excellent though. Upon arrival we had to take our bags to the room ourselves, there was no bottled water (and yes I know we can drink the water from the tap but really?) and the mini bar

We came for a break, to do some shopping, eat good food, go to the movies, visit the city centre...it was perfect!

Good hotel in nice area!
