Friendly staff, good location, neat hotel

Location, price, room.

Overall speaking, the room is clean and big, but no many restaurants nearest the hotel, and the parking space is too small, highly not recommand to the green hands driver.

Close to transport enabling easy access to TOKYO points of interest. In room cooking facilities.

All the staff is very gentle but only can apologies in front of repeated mistakes (issue with keys, mini bar empty and fridge without electricity, concierge who forget to follow up request) Moreover the laundry service is incredibly expensive almost 50$
